Artists will ship/deliver an artwork within 2-3 business days of its purchase. For international deliveries (outside Ghana), artists will email you with your order tracking number and tracking website’s URL so you can monitor the shipment in transit.

All artworks sold on Anuwai Arts are dispatched directly from the artist, delivery times can vary. Always expect some delays as shipments get processed through customs. Be aware of your own country’s issues and delays when receiving items through customs. Artists will provide a tracking number

In the event that your artwork has not arrived, we recommend checking the tracking details through the order details on your account. If these are a little unclear, please do contact the artist directly via our messaging system under the artist profile on our site
The shipping destination really depends on DHL, our shipping partners. Here is a link to the list of countries DHL delivers to. [insert link]
All artworks will be delivered using DHL. Once the artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the tracking number and tracking website URL. If you do not receive an email with this information, you can always login and view your Order History and see the details. If there is no tracking website URL and tracking number, visit the Artist’s page and click Contact to message them with your concerns.

For deliveries within Ghana, the artist will contact you to arrange for the best delivery date and time.

You can cancel an order 24 hours after purchase by emailing info@anuwai.com with your order number and details, and a reason why you want to cancel your order. After the 24 hours you wont be able to cancel the order.

You can request a refund by emailing info@anuwai.com. However, please read our returns and refund policy before making such request.

We deliver to areas within the Greater Accra Region.

Artists

To get verified, you will receive an email after you register on Anuwai arts, with the steps to get registered. In the email you will receive a link to a form which you will fill out and submit. In addition to that, we require you to post 5 of your works on Anuwai Arts as if you are putting it up for sale. Don’t worry, it wont show when you post it until you get verified, but we will review it.  If you are unable to post just yet, or dont see ” Add New Post” on your product tab on your dashboard, send 5 paintings of yours with a description for each of them to artist@anuwai.com. This is an important part of your verification.

We have automated this process and typically the artist receives the 80% of the sale price and 100% of the shipping cost within 24 hours after the purchase has been made. Any abuses of this privilege result in Vendor stores on the site being suspended

You will receive feedback about your verification status within 72 hours

Art works will be reviewed within 24 hours after it has been posted

Yes! Once you’ve signed up and logged on, your dashboard prominently displays a sidebar menu. The first item on that dashboard are Instructions.

Yes, your initial Dashboard view will display some basic statistics about your store. You can keep an eye on:

    • Sales history
    • Earnings
    • Page views
    • Orders
    • Products
When the Order is received you will receive an email notification that contains the contact details for the Buyer. You will have the opportunity to follow up with them via email or telephone if they leave their phone number.

You can find a sample layout and details of the description on the instruction tab on your vendor dashboard. However, you could consider the following questions to guide you in writing your descriptions:

    • Why did you create it? What inspired you? Why do you love this piece?
    • What is it? Do not assume that the buyer can figure it out because things can appear differently from what is seen on the computer screen.
    • How big is it? Will it fit over the buyer’s mantle piece, or it is better hanged on a wall or put on a desk?
    • What are the dimensions of the artwork?
    • What materials and techniques were used? How does it affect the finish? The texture? How does it look like when the light hits it?
    • Is it framed or unframed?

We will vet and feature you based on your progress and performance over a period of time.

We will randomly select artists to be featured on our social media platforms on any day.

If you have got a blog post in mind, put it together as if you are going to post it and email it to info@anuwai.com and we will review it and post it and give you credits or stating that the post was made by you.

You will send the art work to DHL office Accra and state that its an Anuwai Arts order being delivered, and it will be handled from there by them. However, make sure the art work is packaged well before leaving the DHL Facility using the appropriate packaging tools suitable for art works.
It’s up to you as the seller to pack, label and ship your sold artwork in a safe and timely manner. Our expectation is to try and have the artwork shipped within 2-3 business days. Please do your best to accomplish these steps outline on the shipping procedure page

You must login to your Account and visit your Orders section to mark the item Shipped. On the Orders screen, you will see icons to the right of each order. The Truck Icon opens a window for you to add the Tracking Number and the Tracking website URL. Please fill those in to complete the order. Email the Tracking Number and the Tracking website URL to the client and copy info@anuwai.com.
